RGBtoCMYK.net operates https://rgbtocmyk.net. By accessing and using RGBtoCMYK.net ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

RGBtoCMYK.net provides an online tool for converting RGB image files to CMYK format or converting CMYK files to RGB file. The conversion process occurs on our servers located in the United States. We take user privacy very seriously. All uploaded images can only be downloaded by you. When you click [Download] or [Back to Start], your files are immediately deleted from the server. If you take no action, all files are automatically and permanently deleted within 10 minutes. No one can access your files.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The content of files you choose to convert
- Ensuring you have the legal right to convert and use the files
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Privacy and Data Security
We do not store your image files. All files are automatically deleted immediately after download or within 10 minutes if no action is taken. 5. Advertising and Third-Party Services
RGBtoCMYK.net is a free, ad-supported service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our Service, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or color conversion inaccuracies. While we strive to provide accurate color conversions, results may vary depending on ICC profiles, rendering intents, and other factors.
8. Right to Suspend or Terminate Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. We may also terminate or restrict your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws, or for any operational or security reason.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading or processing copyrighted material without authorization, engaging in any activity that violates the rights of others, or using the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure. You may not use automated systems to abuse the Service or attempt to access files belonging to other users.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
